Boatshedseattle.com is the Boatshed agent for the whole of Puget Sound, including the San Juan Islands. This area is regarded as among the best and most beautiful cruising grounds in the world, and Seattle is its boating capitol. Boatshed provides the Puget Sound region with a new and advanced way to buy and sell a used vessel.

Boatshedseattle.com is the brokerage division of Waterline Boats LLC www.waterlineboats.com, dealers for Mariner and Camano trawlers and Bracewell yachts. Scott and Lisa Helker, owners of Waterline Boats, looked for a better way to build a strong brokerage business to accompany their new boat lines and found the Boatshed system. They were impressed with the company's ethics, its advanced customer management software, and that it provides truly unique benefits to buyers and sellers:

- Every boat brokered by Boatshed is personally viewed and photographed by a trained Boatshed broker.
- Boatshed presents up to 70 photographs and detailed information about its boats in a standardized, objective format. This true and complete representation allows Boatshed to achieve 2.2 viewings per sale - much better than the industry average.
- 70+ offices in the international Boatshed system provide instant visibility to a world-wide customer base.
- Boatshed feeds all the major MLS sites in North America and Europe to achieve international exposure that far exceeds the resources of other brokerage firms.
- All brokerage transactions are on a "No Sale, No Fee" basis. Owners may continue to sell their boats privately, and no fee is due unless WE bring the buyer.
- We provide owners with regular reports about progress on their sale, and because of our advanced proprietary software we have actual data about internet activity to report, allowing us to fine-tune the marketing plan.

Bottom line -- with our cutting edge technology and international marketing we can find buyers that traditional brokerage methods may not reach.

Waterline Boats with Boatshed Seattle is located at 2046 Westlake Avenue N., Seattle, in the Westlake Landing Building. With dock space on Lake Union, we're also uniquely positioned to offer display moorage for those owners who want to show their vessel at a premier "Yacht Brokers' Row" location. Meet the Brokers

Roger Drill has lifelong experience in the boating industry in new boat sales, brokerage, trawler manufacturing, and general management. As an avid sailor and powerboater Roger understands all varieties of craft, and has connected hundreds of satisfied owners with their new (or pre-owned) beloved boats.

Mark Nordquist is a water sports enthusiast (his signature wake board stunt is a "melon backroll to revert off a double up"), and lives aboard a Silverton moored on Lake Union. He's experienced in new and used boat sales, and brings his great enthusiasm and passion for boats to Boatshed Seattle. Mark's emphasis is on boats located within King and Snohomish counties.

Paul Crouch completed dual careers as a commercial airline pilot and as a Naval Reserve carrier pilot. Paul has extensive experience in sail, having owned and cruised three Nauticats. He has been a sailing and seamanship instructor at the US Naval Academy, teaching midshipmen on offshore cruising aboard the USNA training yawls. Paul represents Boatshed in the Oak Harbor, Anacortes, La Conner, Bellingham and Blaine areas.

Karl Maiwald represents Boatshed in the south Puget Sound region, including Des Moines, Tacoma and Olympia. Karl's background includes medical equipment and industrial sales and real estate development. He's an enthusiastic boater and has grown up on the water in the Puget Sound region.

Patrick McGillivary lives aboard his classic 1949 Monk cruiser in Pleasant Harbor, Jefferson County, and represents Boatshed in the west Puget Sound region, from Port Townsend to Gig Harbor. Patrick is a retired airplane delivery service representative for Boeing, and has led maintenance and service departments at new boat dealerships. He's extensively knowledgeable about boats and the mechanical details that make them move!

Scott Helker has a background in consumer products manufacturing and environmental services, and the US Navy submarine service prior. He and his wife Lisa decided that the boat business offered an exciting new opportunity, inspired in part by sheer joy with boats and boating in Washington and British Columbia. Scott and Lisa believe that Boatshed will enable them to achieve their vision of building the most professional, pleasant, and highly regarded brokerage business around the Sound.

Boatshed Seattle is growing! Call Scott if you'd like to talk about becoming a Boatshed broker. Boatshed offers a generous commission structure, the best customer relationship tools in the business, and the strength of the international Boatshed brokerage system.
