Broker's Comments
During 2006 / 2007 over $35,000 of work was completed on this boat:
- Generator and 120 volt wiring was replaced.
- The main fuel tank was replaced.
- The top end on both engines were gone through, including valves, carburetor kits, new heat exchangers on both engines, and new dripless stuffing boxes on both shafts.
- A new V-drive/ gear was installed on the port engine in 1998.
- The starboard gear was rebuilt in 2006.
- The batteries and battery charger were also replaced.
- All trim tab pumps and equipment were replaced.
- All of the interior woodwork was revarnished.
- The bilges in the engine room were repainted.
The hull may be a 1988 model but almost all of the mechanical equipment has been replaced or rebuilt. The owner kept a maintenance log and it shows the kind of care he placed on keeping his boat in excellent condition.
