This is a sizeable long range cruising boat which is set up for offshore voyaging in comfort.

The layout features a main deck for living, an upper pilothouse deck for navigation with a pilot berth, and a lower deck with separate forward and aft staterooms each with marine head compartments with showers. A well designed engine compartment with full standing headroom is amidships. The interior space is partially finished in terms of trim and details, flooring, and ceiling and wall coverings. The structural components per design are in place throughout the boat.

Enter the main salon from the covered aft deck. The deck has a provision for canvas enclosure. The main saloon features a curved staircase to the lower deck on the port side. To starboard is an open space for the owner’s choice of furnishings. Forward to starboard is a cabinet with ample storage. Opposite to port is a dining table with decorative inlay and an L-shaped settee. Forward to starboard is a marine head compartment.

The forward end of the main deck terminates in a large galley that runs the width of the vessel. There is a refrigerator with freezer, a ceramic top electric stove, microwave oven, granite counter top and inset sink. You’ll find ample storage in lockers and cabinets. The starboard side of the galley features a curved staircase to the pilothouse, and another to the lower deck. Doors open to both side decks.

The pilothouse is large and features a settee which forms a pilot berth. There’s great visibility all around. The helm is complete with full engine instrumentation and navigation systems are new or recent.

The pilothouse doors open to a Portuguese bridge with a ladder to the forward deck. Aft on the bridge deck is a full boat deck. The life raft is here along with a RIB shore boat, the rigging for paravane stabilizers, and access to GPS, antennas, radar, and solar panels.

The lower deck features a forward v-berth cabin with upper and lower berthing to sleep four. Aft to port is a marine head with toilet and shower. To starboard is a tool bench, watermaker, with a washer and dryer below.

Moving aft you enter the engine room. This space offers full headroom and great access to all systems. The layout is well organized and the systems provide for great reliability and redundancy of propulsion systems with twin Ford Lehman 120 HP diesel engines. A Kohler 10 KW generator is in this space. For precise maneuvering, the boat has a Wesmar 12” bow thruster installed.

An aft door from the engine room provides entry to a passage to the upper deck via a curved staircase or access to the master suite. This cabin spans the full beam of the vessel and includes an island king size berth, a private marine head compartment with shower, and ample storage in drawers and lockers.

Broker's Comments

This is an aluminum long range cruising trawler that has been proven offshore on a voyage from New England to the Pacific Northwest. It would make a superior liveaboard vessel as well.

The boat has the range to cruise to Hawaii from the West coast of America, or to cross the Atlantic via Bermuda and the Azores. And, that's with an economical fuel consumption rate. The boat is fully equipped with the important systems for such a voyage. Navigation systems are current and complete. The 120 HP Ford Lehman diesel engines are managed with Floscan digital fuel monitors for precise control of fuel usage. The boat is equipped with a watermaker and is rigged with paravane stabilizers for a smooth ride. The rugged aluminum hull and superstructure provides confidence when running offshore.

The interior is spacious with upper and lower decks joined by circular staircases and a full pilothouse with Portuguese bridge. The galley is fully equipped and there are three marine head compartments aboard.

The interior is structurally in place and fully functional, but requires trim out. The wall coverings, flooring, and interior details are ready to customize and finish to an owner's requirement. The exterior requires paint finishing in various places.

This is a reliable, go anywhere metal boat that has been proven offshore and is well equipped for safe passagemaking or a liveaboard lifestyle on the water.
