This Motoryacht salon can be entered from the aft sundeck to port or from the sliding door to starboard at the control station. The spacious salon is nicely appointed in teak and with no built-ins can be comfortably arranged to suit your own entertaining taste. Just forward of the main salon down two steps into the galley which has a lot of storage, two burner Suburban Propane stove and large Isotherrefrigerator/freezer and microwave/convection oven. The guest or forward stateroom with ensuite head is also very nicely appointed in teak and provides great privacy. Aft of the main salon and also down two steps is the enormous master stateroom with ensuite head. This stateroom has an island king, tilt-up lighted dressing vanity, nicely placed mirrors and tucked into one closet is the washer/dryer combination. From the port side of the salon up four steps into the aft sundeck with companionways onto the side decks. This very large sundeck has great storage, easily accessed propane locker and teak picnic table with four chairs. Moving up four steps from the sundeck is the spacious flybridge with a lot of seating and great visibility. All of the flybridge enclosure and sundeck enclosure canvas and windows are about 2 years fresh.

She comes equipped with dual AM/FM CD stereo and Visio TV and for those cold damp days in the Pacific Northwest she has Espar D7 diesel forced air heating. The antique bar, desk and sundeck table with chairs in the photos are not included in the sale.

Broker's Comments

The Lien Hwa 42 Sundeck Motoryacht is a very nicely arranged craft providing a lot of room for long journeys. Having the upper and lower station is particularly nice for Pacific Northwest boating with great enclosed visibility up and down. I am very impressed with the aft cockpit size and ease of entry from the side decks as well as the salon. This layout is very accommodating for couples cruising with the privacy of forward and aft staterooms, both with ensuite heads.
