Broker's Comments
Just another Bayliner 38.... NOT SO!
To start with this one has a Side-Power bow thruster, solid teak and holly sole in the saloon, galley and guest stateroom, four options for heat (electric, engine, diesel forced air and don't forget reverse cycle heat A/C with two working units).
Next - The electric galley was converted to propane. NEW IN 2018 an Isotherm double-compressor freezer/refrigerator.
A hard top was added over the aft cockpit, which also enlarges the flybridge. And hh yes, the flybridge -- the usual group seating has been replaced with three comfortable helm chairs. Remember that dirty plastic window in the center? It's been replaced with a large GLASS window including a pantagraph wiper and washer.
Now down to the swim step. An enlarged custom fiberglass part has been added including two safety handrails (staples) for ease of getting in and out of a dinghy. A swim ladder is located on center. "The dinghy" is mounted on Weaver davits with a reversible winch built into the transom for tipping up against the staples so the dinghy supports can be attached to the hard top. That way you can walk across the swim step for ease of mooring either port or starboard.
OK -- I think I have said enough for now. Please take a good look at the pictures and video. The vessel is located at our docks on Lake Union. Please come down and inspect. You won't be disappointed.
