Pearl Has 6 Heaters and 2 air conditioners. Extremely large pilot house with very large windows and 360 degree view. Perfect live aboard or long distance cruiser. With 5 solar panel and a water maker it could live on a hook indefinitely.

The owner has invested over $80,000 on upgrades and maintenance in the last 6 years - this is an excellent opportunity to purchase a well-outfitted, turnkey pilothouse motorsailer at a great price.

This Schucker 430 Motorsailer is ideal for long range cruising or living aboard. The enclosed pilothouse with diesel heat allows for all season Northwest cruising or sailing without the need for foul weather gear. The pilothouse has a nice settee and opposing couches - a great spot for dining with excellent views through the large pilothouse windows. The comfortable main cabin has a large galley, bench seating, queen sized berth and head with shower stall. Veteran boaters will appreciate the spaciousness and accessibility of the engine room. This fuel efficient motorsailer burns only 3/4 gallon per hour at 6 knots, so you can go further for less. Overall, this Schucker 430 appears to have been very well maintained. With its recent improvements, nice equipment list, and thoughtful layout this pilothouse motor sailor is an excellent value.
