Construction
Construction | GRP |
---|---|
Underwater profile | Fin |
Finish | Gelcoat finish |
Construction utilizes unidirectional E Glass and features a cored hull and deck. The ballast-to-displacement ratio is kept high for stiffness whereas the displacement-to length ratio is very low for planing capability. The deck layout is proven and highlighted by a voluminous 12 foot long cockpit with the primaries and secondaries at waist level for ease of tailing and winching functions.
Recent survey Jan 2014 finds vessel in very good condition.
New bottom paint 2013.
