The 2019 survey states "Vessel inspected exterior and interior. Hull appears sound and vessel is in acceptable condition. Overall condition appears to be well maintained".
The current owner has shown attentive maintenance. Ocean Alexander has always had a good reputation for well built boats. The Tri-Cabin design popularized in the late 70s and continuing even into later years has still remained a sought-after boating platform.
Waterline Boats / Boatshed does not independently verify capacities and measures, which are reported from seller-provided information and/or literature.

This Ocean has seen some major upgrades since built in 1984 according to an October 2019 survey. The Perkins engine was installed in 1992 and appears as well maintained. The boat appears to have been dry stored from 2014 to 2019.
The interior is roomy with two cabins, each with ensuite heads. Two diesel furnaces will keep you warm in the winter. The salon level galley has everything needed to cook and refrigerate.
The teak decks could stand some attention with new caulking and a few screws needing new bungs.
It has a large uncluttered flybridge deck with Bimini.
Some items photographed in this listing are personal items the seller will not be selling with the boat such as paddle board, bicycle and dinghy.
