Broker's Comments
This Nauticat 36 is well suited for long-range cruising or enjoying the Pacific Northwest waters year 'round. The cabin is warmed with Espar forced air diesel-fired heat for cooler days. The pilothouse affords excellent visibility at the helm and is well lit with lots of windows and sunroof. She is fully equipped with extensive navigation aids, 6 sails, 3 anchors, Portland Pudgy dinghy with sail kit is extremely buoyant, stable; to name a few of the features. The interior teak is in beautiful condition, there is good storage throughout, the head room ranges from 67" in the aft cabin to 76" in the PH and forward guest cabin.
It is easy and comfortable to move about the decks to manage the sails and pilot from the upper helm. This boat has only had two owners who have evidently kept her well-maintained, which will be truly evident when you visit her. An extensive maintenance log, kept since new, is available when an offer is received.
