Broker's Comments
This vessel was personally viewed and photographed by the listing broker. The interior is in excellant condition, spacious and allows for captain and crew to have separate, very comfortable quarters. Storage throughout is generous and easy to access.
Beginning at the bow, the anchor locker is accessed via the private guest stateroom. Just aft of the stateroom to port is the guest/day head, a hanging locker with storage above is to starboard. Continuing aft is the saloon which has approximately 6'4" standing head room! A U-shaped settee to port , a drop leaf table, supported by the keel mounted mast and compression post, this faces a full length settee to starboard. The galley is aft to port featuring a 3-burner Princess stove/oven, side-by-side stainless sink, large top-loading ice boxes, and lots of storage and counter space. To starboard of the galley is the navigation station with all electronics, electrical panel, and chart table. Between the navigation station and galley is a set of stairs leading to a deck hatch to access the fore deck area. Aft of the navigation station to starboard is the main head and which is also the passage way to the main stateroom. The main stateroom has a double berth to port, a settee/single berth to starboard with lighting and storage. There is a set of stairs leading to the cockpit, a large hanging locker, and several areas for storage. This vessel has good ventilation and nice light throughout. The owners indicate she is a good live-aboard and a good long range cruiser.
