Here is a chance to own a good sailboat with a transferable slip at a low cost. The last two owners of this boat have lived aboard in its current location. Lake Union is fresh water moorage so there isn't much if any corrosion on systems.
Offered here is a very popular and versatile sloop that has passed the test of time. This is a capable cruiser, racer, and even a comfortable live aboard. The interior has had a recent total remodel which has added several features to the original design.
The current location includes potentially transferable live-aboard moorage.
This boat would make a very low cost opportunity to have a boat for next years' Duck Dodge races on Lake Union.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
