This is the cleanest used engine and compartment I have ever seen. House battery bank is (2) 6V Deep Cycle 200Ahr batteries in series (12V) plus a 12V starting battery. There is room in the battery bay for expansion. 51W solar panel and 15A (max) wind generator charge the batteries. The engine alternator (70A), shore power charging, or the generator also charge the battery bank. Honda gas generator (2200 watt) is 220V only and is used for charging the batteries or to operate power tools. Autopilot 2000. Steering is hydraulic.

Broker's Comments
This is a practical and heavily constructed ferro-cement center cockpit ketch that has logged over 80,000 nautical miles around the globe. She is actually 40 feet on-deck, but the windvane and bowsprit add on the extra length overall. The exterior has purposely been made "unflashy" to safely blend in to any world culture, while the interior is luxurious and well lit with natural lighting from well placed hatches. Attention to detail in this boat is remarkable and the woodwork is nothing short of spectacular. The owner, a professional shipwright with a long career, built her as his own from a Colin Archer hull design.
Regarding cabin headroom, the measurements range throughout the boat from 1.77m to 1.90m (5.8' to 6.24')
This boat comes with many drawers, lockers, cabinets, bookshelves, and closets. It COMES WITH: tools, power tools, Stainless pots and pans, cooking utensils, and spare parts.
The Colin Archer sailboat design here is a blue water cruiser, very suitable as a live aboard, a passage maker, or for cruising around the coasts.
