Broker's Comments
Over $80,000 was recently spent on this remarkable yacht to update her to serve as an elegant, comfortable live aboard while retaining her offshore cruising capability. Her current mooring on Lake Union is transferable and features an unobstructed view of the lake. It's within walking distance to all of the south lake restaurants and watering holes, and the bus stop is across the street for the short commute to work downtown. So chuck the car and enjoy this remarkable opportunity to live the "sleepless in Seattle" lifestyle. And when you're ready for a change of scenery you can head off for a day or a month in this tough, seaworthy yacht!
