Only 27 Chris-Craft 42 Constellations were manufactured with double-planked maghogany hull and house. 2x31/2" sawn oak frames on 14" centers. Oak batten strips, with fir engine stringers. Decking is marine plywood in very good condition. The cabin top is fiberglass with maghogany exterior trim. She is powered by a pair of 300 hp Ford 427 Cobra engines connected via Paragon transmissions and 1-3/8" shafts to the 23"x25" 3 blade props. A set of spare props are included. This vessel is in well-above-average condition having lived on fresh water most of its life.

Forward stateroom features starboard twin bunk berths and storage. This stateroom is currently arranged with an extra refrigerator and a GE microwave unit and hanging storage for clothing. An enclosed head is located to port.
A large galley/dining area covering both port and starboard features a dining table with seating to port. The gally features excellent storage and counter space and includes a Princess 3 burner range and Nova Kool R 45704 refrigerator.
The saloon features a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV.
The master stateroom is located aft and has been converted to a single double bed to port and abundant storage to starboard. The master stateroom has an enclosed head and shower.
Exiting the saloon is up the stairs leading to the hard-top-covered, canvas enclosed bridge deck the starboard forward helm station includes bench seating.
New Dial-A-Watt heaters have been installed creating a comfortable living space in the winter.
