Broker's Comments

A nice looking example of a Cleopatra 850 flybridge cruiser, equipped with twin Mercedes running diesels on Volvo outdrives.

The design offers a lot of flexibility, especially with the cockpit tent, which opens up a large area for storage and entertainment when the weather isn’t so good.

There is easy access to both engines and batteries along with a large cockpit locker under the floor. The flybridge offers more seating on the sun pads and a fixed windscreen for extra wind and spray protection when the cover is off. The raised flybridge has a lovely vantage point which would also be a benefit for manoeuvring in confined spaces.

Down below she is surprisingly spacious for a boat of this size, offering a pleasant and sociable seating area with large table, along with a fairly modern galley with chest level fridge for easy access. Opposite there is a decent size open wardrobe and a separate heads equipped with a shower, sink and caravan style cassette toilet. The upholstery looks in good condition to us, with no rips or tears.

There is a double forward berth with a hatch which feels spacious and airy. The outside looks like the original gel coat and appears to be in good condition for her age. There is a very large swim platform for those sunny days at anchor.
