Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 60ft Wide Beam for sale with London mooring.

Built in 2006, this wide beam is sold with a fully transferable leisure mooring at Limehouse Basin in East London. It would make an ideal pied-a-terre with plenty of living space laid across an open plan living area and galley, a master double cabin, smaller second cabin/study and bathroom with shower and heads.

The boat has an enviable position within the marin with views out both sides being on the end of a pontoon. Limehouse Marina is ideally situated for access to the city and Canary Wharf. The DLR station is under a minute from the boat and the marina itself is a friendly community of boaters.

The leisure mooring is fully transferable on payment of a 5% transfer fee to marina management. Current mooring fees are £9,815 per annum. The terms and conditions of the mooring allow an owner to stay on board 28 days consecutively but not full time living.
