Broker's Comments

This 1979 Ed Monk designed Ocean Alexander 40 Tricabin is considered by many knowledgeable boaters to be the classic Northwest cruiser. Boat house kept all her life and maintained in ready-to-go condition. She is heavily built of solid fiberglass and the teak interior with its end grain matched cabinetry is warm and inviting. Huge aft cabin with ensuite bathtub/shower invites long comfortable stays aboard. Her 520 amp hr house battery banks power the Heart inverter while on the hook.

Powered by reliable twin Ford Lehman diesels she burns just 4.5 GPH at 8 kts! She is a veteran of the Alaska inside passage and ready to go again.
