Broker's Comments

A change in circumstances makes this well-outfitted economical trawler available.
Leaking windows have been repaired, batteries replaced and a real plus is the bow thruster, Inverter, and hydronic heating, new microwave, new flat screen TV, new stereo, new teak steering wheel at the lower station, new bimini top, new bottom paint last year.

She needs new varnish on her hand and cap rails (great therapy) and some core areas around windows to be repaired and other issues addressed. The owner has reduced the price of this vessel to sell and will seriously look at any and all offers based on needed repairs. If you are looking for a project boat this boat can be purchased right!
