Broker's Comments

The boat is due to be cleaned in the next week or two and I will take some new pictures then. This Beneteau Oceanic 461 is the 4 cabin version with 2 heads and has an immense saloon and furnished throughout with rich cherry wood with lots of natural light.

The boat is a little unloved at the moment as the owner has not been able to get to her and keep on top of the maintenance. She needs some TLC but with a little time and effort she could be brought back to her former glory.

The boat started out in the UK and then went to the Med where the present owner bought her in 2008 and sailed her back to the UK. The heater was removed in the Med but the owner has bought a second hand heater which just needs installing.

The boat was last out of the water in 2008.
