Broker's Comments
This is a beautiful example of a 57 x 10 Eurocruiser finished in heritage green with off white panels and a cream coachroof. The interior is mainly oak faced timber with ash trim and a light cream panelling to the cabin sides and roof lining. She was launched in 2018 and has a BSC until 2026.
The boat had a canvass cockpit tent fitted in 2022 and a cratch cover in 2023. The boat has karndean flooring throughout and she has a cassette toilet with plenty of spare cassettes.
The cockpit is spacious and has lovely cream upholstery seating with ambient low level lighting. The gas locker is under the seat next to the helm.
As you enter the boat through the aft companionway there is the boat's electrics panel to your right with all your switches etc and you then arrive in the well appointed galley with granite worktops, plenty of cupboard space, built in double oven and above that a combo microwave oven, stainless steel sink, separate fridge and freezer and a washing machine under the breakfast bar.
The open plan saloon is bright and airy with a TV, 3 seater settee which is protected by a waterproof cover, multi fuel stove and fitted storage units on either side. The boat benefits from a Webasto wet heating system with radiators.
Next you arrive in the large shower room with a modern full size shower, electric cassette toilet, heated stainless towel rail, a good size vanity unit with porcelain wash basin and plenty of cupboard storage and there is also a full length cupboard behind the door.
Finally you arrive in the double cabin with a king size ottoman bed with a new mattress, two double wardrobes, fitted drawers and various cupboards and then access out into the cratch area.
The marina mooring is by separate negotiation with the marina!
