Enter starboard side of Pilothouse through sliding door at the helm station. Traditional tri-cabin arraingement with lower aft cabin holding two large berths and a head with shower and tub. Galley to port and salon share the center cabin with a lower forward cabin with two single berths to starboard and a head to port. This vessel is exceptional in that her owners purchase her a little over a year and a half ago and have fixed everything their survey findings noted then decided a motor home and land based travels suited them better. Broker's Comments
This traditional Californian 38 tri-cabin trawler is a good value for a 42 foot LOA twin diesel vessel. The current owners purchased her a little over a year ago and have fixed everything noted on their purchase survey, plus added lots more, so she's completely ready to cruise. She is currently boathouse kept.
