This is the standard Bayliner 45 planing hull. This boat is currently in dry storage with the bottom cleaned and painted. The hull appears to be in excellent condition.
The side decks are adequate to walk from the cockpit to the foredeck. Sliding doors allow access from the wheelhouse to the side decks. A ladder from the cockpit reaches the flybridge area with dinghy storage and davit system to starboard and a small freezer unit to port. There is a large seating area on both sides of the flybridge aft of the helm. The flybridge helm features full controls and navigation systems with a stainless and canvas bimini top and a radar arch carrying the antennas.

The main companionway is a glass and teak sliding door into the salon. "U" shaped seating around the free-standing saloon table is to port with additional chairs to starboard. The galley is forward to port on the same level with a large counter area including the standard Bayliner built-in blender system, stainless sink, compactor, microwave, gas range and full size referigerator with teak floor and cabinetry. To starboard is a full wet bar and the entertainment system controls. Stairs to starboard lead up to the very roomy wheelhouse with additional seating behind the helm, a table and a modern helm control center with a large navigation table to port. Doors on either side lead to the decks and bow. An interior stairway leads up through a companionway to the flybridge.
From the galley on center a stair leads forward and down to the cabins and heads. A full head with shower is to starboard. A cabin with queen size bed (extended by the owner) is to port. Recessed into the port side of the center hallway is a built in clothes washer and dryer. In the bow is the large master suite with a full size queen bed and closets on either side. To port is an additional cabin with two single bunks. In the master suite is a head with tub and shower.
The interior is in very good condition with useful improvements by the current owner such as extending the length of the mid cabin bed. It is clean, light and spacious. Many upgrades are apparent. The electric stove was replaced with propane gas for the true gourmet, fluorescent lighting has been added and a red dot cabin heater to use engine heat for cabin heating when underway.

Broker's Comments
This is a good example of the Bayliner 45 series with the interior in particularly good condition and the hull freshly cleaned and painted and ready for launching. As typical for Bayliner the interior is very well laid out and usefully designed. Finishing materials are high quality and in good condition. The amenities are appealing, especially the 7 cubic foot freezer on the bridge, a clothes washer/dryer and a 2000 water inverter / charger. The current owner has been attentive to the maintenance of the boat. He recently installed dripless shaft seals on the drive shafts and has made many other upgrades to the interior and systems on this boat.
