The engine compartment is very clean and well-organized. A door from the cockpit allows access to the engine compartment as well as hatches in the main salon. Dripless shaft seals keep the bilges clean.
The fuel system is very neatly laid out with all fuel hoses easily accessible and a simple valve array to control flow to and from each tank. Fuel tanks are aluminum.
A Westerbeke 8 KW generator is mounted in the lazarette. A 35 amp battery charger and a Heart Interface 3000 W inverter, 100 Amp charger maintains the batteries from shore power or the generator. The electrical system includes a single large main engine starting battery and a separate generator starting battery with two deep cycle house batteries providing 12v DC and 120 v AC through the Heart Interface inverter.
This example offers a clean, open engine compartment which can be accessed through hatches over each engine in the salon or through a door from the cockpit area.
The large cockpit and salon is covered by an equally large flying bridge with a built in radar arch aft. Full controls are provided on the flying bridge which has a folding bimini top for sun protection when desired.
The fuel, water and holding tank capacity listed here is as reported by the owner and has not be independently verified by the listing agent.

The main salon area has been substantially renovated in June 2013. The carpets were replaced with a beautiful bamboo floor. A "U" shaped seating area is built in to port with the salon table which can be converted to a large double berth. Along the starboard side is a long cabinet containing the electrical panel, TV and a complete JVC entertainment system with a bar sink and ice maker forward. The main helm is forward on the starboard side with the galley across on the port side, all on the same level. The finish materials appear to be high quality and done in light colors contributing to the bright, spacious feeling of the large main cabin. Large windows all around provide excellent views from all positions including the galley.
Down stairs forward are the master cabin in the bow and a guest cabin to port with a queen size bed fitted under the main salon. A guest head is provided to starboard. The master stateroom includes a large queen size bed with walk around access, hanging lockers and an en-suite head and shower. The shower is shared with the guest head with doors provided on each side.
Cabin heating is electric with thermostat control in each cabin. In addition, engine heat is used through a heater core at the base of the stairs with a two-speed fan.
