Desirable fresh water Seattle moorage is transferable. Fresh water boat with new bottom paint last year.

This rarely-used vessel will shine like new with a little bit of cleaning. The exterior needs to be washed and cockpit seating wiped down and this boat will look great again. The interior needs no attention and shows very well. The owner describes little use, but regular annual maintenance on the engines. There is new eisenglass above the windshield. This boat is a great value!
