Broker's Comments
Boatshed Essex are delighted to present this attractive Widebeam. The boat has been tastefully completed to a high standard throughout, providing an elegant floating home, or getaway residence.
Benefitting from a recent professional refit in 2023, this boat has a spacious and open saloon, fully equipped galley and a separate king size cabin and heads. The open plan saloon and dining area are finished oak effect flooring and a warming log burning stove with further heating provided by electric heated radiators throughout the boat. The galley also benefits from plenty of work space and storage. The heads continues the theme of luxury and charm, complete with shower and step in bath and heated towel rail. Along the corridor is the master bedroom with a bespoke king sized bed with storage and with access to the stern.
In summary, this boat is a delightful opportunity to purchase a floating home or holiday apartment, which is filled with comfort and style. Whether it's moored as a liveaboard, this boat could make dreams a reality.
