Broker's Comments
This boat is being offered at a bargain price considering it comes with the option of the rental berth she is lying on. On board is a newspaper article about how her first female owner sailed her single handed across the Atlantic so she is an accomplished little boat. I have heard the engine run and it started first time. All her sails are there and the rigging looks ok. This would make an excellent first sailing boat, only needing a little TLC to bring her up to spec. The rental mooring is for an 8 metre boat and with power and water works out at €3500 per year. These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
