Broker's Comments

Built in 1991, this US built trawler style yacht is a great example of the renowned Ocean Alexander boats and is perfectly set up for long trips away from land.

The accommodation and feel of this yacht belies its relatively small length of 45' making it seem like a much bigger boat. Mainly due to its enormous beam, this boat is a comfortable place to spend extended periods of time and the Master Cabin exemplifies this perfectly. Full beam and with ensuite cabin, you quickly forget this boat is only 45' in length.

The huge 385 Cummins push this boat along at 20 knots when required and have been well maintained throughout their lifetime.

Generator updated on the listing. Has been rewired, but needs to be connected up to the main system. There are two separate holding tanks for the heads, but not sure on the size
