Broker's Comments
We all love a She!
This lovely yacht is a classic cruiser-racer who turns heads wherever she goes. Her lovely lines were designed by S&S and built to a high standard in 1969.
She retains many original features and fittings which add great charm to the versatile interior, which offers a roomy double and two single berths, with pull-down teak dining table and navigation area in the saloon.
There’s all-round access to the Yanmar 20 engine which has been annually owner serviced. Her owners report that she is simple and forgiving for the novice, with real performance capability, and self-steering, for the more adventurous or technical sailor.
Her current owners have loved their twenty years’ ownership exploring lesser known harbours from the Solent to the Scillies and down the French coast.
Her vintage interior would benefit from a revamp but this strong, capable boat appears to be a great prospect.
At this price, well worth a look in person - she's out of the water near Brighton - great for easy inspection!
