Forward master cabin with central double berth (140x190) and good headroom of 2m. Radiator (heated by gas central heating boiler) plus electric back-up radiator, wardrobes drawers and cupboards, A/C unit. Bathroom with electric WC to holding tank, shower/bath (50x130) with headroom from 1.85m to 1.95m. Washbasin and plenty storage. The bathroom is heated by fan from the diesel fired stove and by the heated towel rail connected to the central heating boiler.
Corridor with washing machine installed behind in a curtain, storage cupboards and safe.
Saloon with good headroom of 1.93m and a diesel space heater recently fitted, further heating from central heating radiator and electric radiator plus A/C for the summer months. Practical and spacious fitted “U” shaped galley and bar with full cooker, oven and grill (all gas) fridge double sink and single drainer. The new fitout makes this a bright, modern, comfortable living area. The newly fitted diesel stove and its fans economically heat the whole area with cozy dry heat. The 4 electric radiators are particularly useful in ports where electricity is included in the mooring fees and the gas fired central heating is always there should it be needed. Next aft is the wheelhouse with central helm and access doors both sides all making for great visibility, ventilation and easy maneuvers. The bench seating has been removed to allow for additional fridge and freezer space for longer periods away from “civilization”. Aft is the descent to the rear cabin currently set up with a single bed ( 1.20m x 1.90.m) to starboard and office / storage to port. The original port side single is stored and may be reinstated if desired by a future owner. En-suit heads to starboard with electric heads, wash basin and vanity unit to port and a separate shower room (55x96 and 1.85 headroom). Central heating and hot water by 6.7Kw Alde gas boiler to 7 radiators. Air conditioning from two 12,000btu AC units one installed in the forward cabin and the other in the saloon. Spray foam insulation. Hot water also from 220v immersion heater and engine heat exchanger.
