Broker's Comments

Whilst the details are as for a Plymouth Pilot it has not been verified by the current broker. All details are as advised by the vendor. There is very little history known about the day boat.
However, this is a nice little day boat with an engine that has not seen a lot of use and has a forward cabin providing shelter during inclement weather.
The cockpit cover/awning has been incorrectly fitted and would not take long to rectify. Hence why it looks a tad scruffy.
This sale includes the pontoon berth mooring which has been paid up until March/April 2022.
If you are on the look out for a day boat similar to the Plymouth Pilot then this one is worth considering.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
