Broker's Comments
Built in 1952 this Ex Pilot Cutter Motorcruiser has covered over 15000 nautical miles and is a stunning piece of history.
She is 75ft motor cruiser currently being used as an occasional live aboard but is ready to leave the safety of the harbour if the desire was there.
Inside she offers a lovely open plan spacious galley, saloon and dining area, there are 3 cabins and she can sleep up to 7 people.
There are 2 heads one of which has a large shower and an electric toilet.
In the wheelhouse there is a small bar area and work station, perfect for those that want to "work from a floating home".
In terms of the engine she is powered by a B&W Alpha 450Hp which will comfortably push her to 10 knots cruising and 15 knots maximum. The engine has been regularly started and serviced. Most recently she has had new hydraulic pipes, the diesel pump has been serviced and a new racor filter fitted. A full folder of paperwork is available for inspection during a viewing.
The hull was overplated with 6mm steel all around the waterline under the current ownership and was inspected by a surveyor in 2023.
Notes
- Parts of the gunnel have been replaced
- New drains have been added
- Internally she has had a complete refit
- The deck is made of 2 inch think teak and has been well maintained
If you are in the market for something different and certainly very special please do arrange a viewing.
