The Phillipa 27 was introduced in the 1970's as a successful cruiser/racer.
This example is in fantastic condition, benefiting from a strict regime of maintenance and upgrades - and it's reflected in the shining varnish work!
She hasn't been sailed for three years due to illness, but has been kept in great condition, and only has 14 engine hours on the new engine!
