Commentaires du Broker
We are pleased to be presenting exclusively, this Oyster SJ30, cruiser racer, designed by Stephen Jones and built by Oyster Marine, with performance in mind, combining exacting lines, space and confidence.
The cockpit provides plenty of room for the crew to work and relax after a day sailing, with wide side decks that provide a feeling of safety moving forward.
Internally, there is a forward cabin, with potential for two to sleep, along with a centrally located galley and navigation station, then saloon seating, converting to a double, a single opposite and further back two cot berths.
This version has a proud history, with a list of competitive racing entries including second place in the Burnham Week Town Cup, in 2019. The owner reports a boat that points incredibly high on the wind and sails fast comfortably downwind.
The current owner has predominantly used the boat for racing, having invested in an impressive sail wardrobe and organising the running rigging so key sail changes and boat movements can be orchestrated swiftly and easily from the safety of the companionway, through a single system.
For anybody looking for a performance sailing yacht this boat is well worth considering. It has a proven track record as a club racer and looks prepared to continue in that role. However, with a little work completed below, this boat also has the size and space to provide potential to be a more permanent fast cruiser.
If you would like to know more or to organise a personal viewing, please contact our office and we would be delighted to help.
