Broker's Comments

Boatshed Grand Union are delighted to offer this charming 40ft Trad Stern Narrowboat for sale with leisure mooring at Packet Boat Marina.

Built in 2000 and recently refurbished internally to a very high standard, this boat is ideal as a starter boat for exploring the Grand Union or who needs a pied-a-terre with easy access to central London.

The boat has a great, large cabin for a 40ft boat because it has been opened up to leave loads of room for storage and a proper sized double bed. The bathroom also has room for a bath and the galley and living area are bright and modern.

The mooring at Packet Boat Marina is fully transferable with the boat on payment of a 5% transfer fee and current mooring fees are roughly £2,712 p.a.

The marina has facilities for berth holders including shore power, free water, laundry, showers and West Drayton train station is 20 mins walk to get into central London.
