Aft of the wheelhouse is the owners cabin with 2.20m headroom a double bed 2.20 m x 1.6m ensuite bathroom (yes there is a bath!) with electric WC. The wheelhouse has bench seating and a dining table making this a convivial space to enjoy the scenery whilst underway with the captain. The wheelhouse screens can be folded/removed reducing airdraught to just 2.7m. Forward of the wheelhouse is the main accommodation with the galley to port. Take a good look at the photos and VR images. This is a well proportioned, well equipped galley better than in many homes on land. The open plan layout includes the saloon and dining area which is bright and modern with quality warm wood finishings and furnishings. A comfortable intimate space to relax when not enjoying the great outdoors from the wheelhouse or deck terrace. Forward of this space you find the three guest cabins accessed via a corridor. The first has two single beds of 2.00m x 0.8m that can be pushed together to form a double. The second cabin has two bunk beds at right angles each one measuring 2.00m x 0.8m. The third cabin has a double bed of 2.00Mx 1.6m. Each cabin has its own heads and shower. All these accommodation areas have heating and air-conditioning. Hot water is provided by the central heating boiler (diesel fired) and a 13Kva generator supplies electricity when away from shore power. On the foredeck a deck terrace with teak furniture stored in an on deck locker. Autonomy is assured with 6400 liters of water in two tanks, a total of 1970 liters of diesel split between two tanks (propulsion and servitudes). Two black water tanks of 900 liters each.

Broker's Comments
Luxemotor style barge for sale in France. Boatshed Paris is pleased to offer this very nicely converted residential Dutch barge for sale.
What a pleasure to find this very nicely converted Dutch barge. She looks really impressive and the result of a tasteful and practical conversion using quality materials and workmanship, not to mention conscientious ongoing maintenance.
Just finished inspection for a new ESTRIN (TRIWV) certificate being issued to 2030. An ideal cruising home for the inland waterways of France and Europe. She is presently moored in a quiet village in north Burgundy at a cost of 1500€ per year (2023 price) and this mooring may be transferrable to the new owner if required.
