Broker's Comments
Wanting to liveaboard? or own a stunning example of this beautifull Herbert Woods "Light" class cruiser? then look no further! Here is a boat with everything on board presented in good condition. She has recently (June '07) been out of the water re-planked where needed and painted to a very high standard. She has a huge inventory including, cooker, combi microwave, heating, washing machine, (mains water) fridge freezer, focal point fire etc. The carpets and curtains are also of a high quality. The layout is superb, the feeling of space in the saloon and galley area is very noticeable. The heads and shower room is situated right fwd in the forepeak. Toward the stern we have a full size freezer and washing machine. Then the large saloon and galley area leads to the spacious wheelhouse. At the stern we have the master bedroom. there is 12 and 240v throughout with shorepower and a brand new generator. The boat is ready to go and will make an ideal liveaboard or stylish cruiser oozing with character. Substantially reduced.
