This Juliette Class 40 footer is number 4 of 9 built by Martham Boat Company. Some of her sisters are still available for hire here on the Broads. She has undergone a major refit during the last 3 years. Her cabin roof, cabin sides top deck and walking decks have all been replaced. She has had a new transom, new knee and extensive plank work. The survey in 2002 was a hull condition survey carried out for insurance purposes. UPDATE. 18 April 2006. This fine craft has just gone back in the water after her annual lift and inspection. She has has a couple of planks replaced where required, been re tar-varnished and antifouled.

A further single berth, suitable for a child, is available in the saloon area. The internal upholstery has been replaced as has the cockpit canopy. The galley, normally located on the starboard side of the saloon on a Juliette, takes up the whole of the bow area. This allows for ample storage and cupboard space whilst giving the saloon area far more space than usual. The starboard side of the saloon now features a sideboard allowing far more stowage in the saloon than is the norm.

UPDATE. 18 April 2006. This fine craft has just gone back in the water after her annual lift and inspection. She has had a couple of planks replaced where required, been re tar-varnished and antifouled. These 1960's built Juliette Class classic motor boats do not come on to the market very often. This particular example has been altered from her hire specification into a far more user friendly layout by the current owner. She has undergone a transformation recently that will allow the next owner to enjoy a piece of the UK's boating heritage.
