The Freeman 27 first launched in 1978. This one appears to be a lovely example. The Freeman 27 was cutting edge in her time and has a much sportier look compared to the earlier boats produced by John Freeman. A very popular vessel with 300 were built by 1984. There are still many around today which is a testament to the quality of build. The Freeman 27 boasts a long shallow keel giving great directional stability. Perfect for river cruising. This vessel benefits from a new canopy cover with full window covers too. There is also an all over winter cover to protect her. She also has a boat safety certificate too.

The accommodation is really well thought out and looks very good. 2 v berths to forward cabin with Infill panel converts to double berth. There is ample storage under the seats and a wardrobe too.
◦ There is a clever Partition door that separates the forward berths to for a separate cabin. The dinette is to port and the Table drops down to form double berth. ◦ The galley provides good worksurfaces and cleverly conceals the sink and cooker too. The lovely Timberwork is in gloss makori.

These boats really stand the test of time as they were so well laid up. They are ideal for a family who would enjoy holidays on the water.
