Broker's Comments
Built 1963 in Ireland, it was brought across 3 years ago by the current owner then stripped out and gradually rebuilt. The wheelhouse was extended and now contains the daytime accomodation, with the main sleeping cabin below.
It is 75% completed and requires further work to finish it off. The owner is still continuing its refurbishment but is looking for a smaller craft and would consider part exchange either for a boat or possibly a motorhome or car.
