Broker's Comments

This boat is a professionally built version of the Colvic Atlanta 31. She has a forward cabin which can sleep 2 separately or be turned into a double berth. The heads are to port with a hanging locker to starboard. The main saloon has ample seating around the cabin table which converts to a double berth and the galley is opposite. The wheel house has seating to port which can be used as a single berth.
There is a second steering position in the deep safe cockpit. The advantage of a heavy displacement motor sailor is that they take care of you when the going gets tough in those adverse weather conditions.
