Broker's Comments

Walter Radcliffe (Wivenhoe One Designer) designed this little boat for his own use. Built on the East Coast but moved to the south coast, probably in the Sixties, she was owned for a period by the yachting writer John Leather. She was extensively renovated and by 2007 was being sailed by the current owner in Chichester Harbour, where she receives many admiring looks and remarks. A fast and capable little classic, the time has come for her to fall into new hands.
