Broker's Comments

This is a project boat with classic traditional lines, ideal for a blue water cruising boat or a liveaboard. She has been stored ashore for most of her life. The hull was gel-shielded just before she was launched in 2015. There is a host of equipment ready to be fitted and when completed she will make a terrific seaboat.
The owner would be willing to pay for the vessel to be loaded onto transport at his expense within the price.
We would be delighted if anyone could shed some light on the designer and builder.
These boat details are subject to contract.

Lovely hull!
I'll take it! :)

There needs to be a clearer description of the vessel:
What ancillary hardware comes with the vessel - it is not clear! Images shows anchor, calorifier, bowsprit, fenders & lines, cleats, porthole windows, and various other bits but there is no mention of it in the advert.

The boat itself has no information about it:
No manufacturer details
No model details
No information about the construction
No specifications
No safety specifications or information

The boat is missing the rudder, propeller & steering mechanism

I have requested this information from the broker but I have been told that everything is listed in the advert posting.

I think the boat has potential but with the amount of damage to the vessel more information is needed and room for negotiation.
