Broker's Comments

'clever mast raising/lowering system... a piece of cake to rig and launch...accommodation well laid out with sleeping and seating for 4 adults...a separate heads compartment.... a very comfortable yacht for holidays... a very good weekender' are all descriptions used to describe the Viva 700 and her smaller sister the Viva 600. The 700 has just that bit more space and I feel that she would make an ideal 'move up' for the dinghy sailor who is looking to move into cruising, perhaps with a young family? With her clever design, simple and reliable four stroke outboard and a clean underwater profile she should offer exhilerating sailing and is towable by the average family saloon car. Mast raising and lowering has been designed in so that trailering to foreign parts shouldn't be too hard to accomplish. As for domestic comforts, two adults would certaqinly have enough space for a comfortable week-end, or longer. Four might find it a bit of a pinch but two adults and two pre-teen kids - ideal!
She benefits from a four wheeled braked and galvanised road trailer; is lying ashore and ready to go.
