Broker's Comments

This Southerly 115 is a stylish looking yacht, her teak deck appears t be in good condition. She is nicely fitted out and offers a vast space in her clever layout. The lift keel gives you several options for cruising ground. She has benefitted from a lot of recent big maintenance jobs a little mini refit really including having her lifting keel removed, refurbished and epoxy coated in 2014. It is a MK1 with a single rudder.
