Broker's Comments

This is a stunning example of a Fisher 46, at the time of build they were the most luxurious of the Fisher range. This particular boat is hull no.9 and it is believed that Fairways Marine built her for the 1980 London Boatshow.

One of the standouts on this boat is the master suite with a central double berth and a settee down each side. To starboard there is a built in wardrobe and shelved cupboard space and to port there is an ensuite toilet and separate shower compartment.

The boat has had an extensive re-fit over the last 7 years and the hull has been totally refurbished with Jotun Osmoshell in 21'/22'. At the same time she was copper coated and her topsides repainted with Jotun Megagloss and all the work was carried out professionally by the boatyard. Altogether she has had around £100,000 spent on her, excluding labour.

She has had new headlining, new hatches, new portholes, new winches including an electric winch on her coachroof. New Simpson Lawrence davits, new steel bathing platform and ladder. New stainless steel granny bars, new stainless steel handrails throughout, new upholstery, new LED lighting, galley refitted with corian worktops, new fridge and a new freezer. New heads, one being electric and one manual. She has had Dek-King teak decking fitted all around the deck. New ST70 instruments with auto helm, radar and VHF, new viltron battery management with a 3KW Victron inverter. New eberspacher fitted, new aqua drive in 22'. The boat has had five owners from new and she was first British registered in 1992.

17th June - We have taken the boat out of the water to avoid any damage as there is a leak on the lock gate and the marina is getting very low on water!
