Broker's Comments
This very attractive Hunter Channel 323 has had one owner from new. The hull and engine were constructed in 1999 but the boat wasn't commissioned until 2001.
A specified a fibreglass cuddy with perspex panels rather than a sprayhood was wanted, extra windows in the aft cabin to increase light, and during Covid, an extra bulkhead at the stern was constructed.
An extra fuel tank and a bladder water tank were installed for extended cruising.
The intention was to take the boat across Biscay then through Gibraltar to the Med, but crew health put paid to that.
The woodwork and upholstery throughout the boat looks new, as does the cooker and the heads compartment.
The hull and topsides are unmarked and all lines lead back to the cockpit. There is a self tacking jib.
The Nanni engine started easily and ran smoothly.
This twin keel vessel has had enormous thought and care put into it and it shows.
There are other modifications, all done with safety and comfort in mind.
The boat is on a private berth owned by the seller who will consider offers for retaining the berth.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
