Engine details of service.. Note from owner generally I always do an oil and filter change to engine every year on lay up so last November 2023, when engine was also winterised flushed through and left with antifreeze in to stop any corrosion risk in cold months. More major repairs I have had done by competent engineers. Her sail drive seal diaphragm and engine mounts were replaced in 2020 along with a completely new water pump. New diesel lift pump was also fitted in 2022. (Invoice proofs.)
It's well cared for engine and runs very well also benefiting from a stainless exhaust elbow. I test and retighten fan belts on relaunch.

Finish | Gelcoat finish |
The hull and keels were epoxy and coppercoat treated by me from new and I have on occasion refreshed it after wearing thin. The keels were blasted back and redone in 2020 however I have reverted to standard antifoul on the keels. The rudder is coppercoat but it also has a stainless steal foot to safe guard it on grounding as the boat dries on her mooring on springs.
Sonic antifouling system not working.

Broker's Comments
A nice and tidy one owner from new Legend 306 bilge keel. Headlinings and woodwork appear to be in good condition as well as her hull. Her standing rigging replaced in 2014. She has a cockpit tent, electric windlass, and comes with a dinghy and outboard.
These boats are very spacious for the size offering an aft cabin and good sized forward cabin with a huge saloon table and ample seating. On these legends I have always really liked the design of the cockpit seat in the two rear corners of the cockpit. She is currently ashore and ready for viewing.
This 306 is a different rig to the standard 306 with slab reefing. The mast is 13,30m and on a slab reefed mast the height is 12,95m.
Owner comment: She is faster than most same size fin keel boats and points to wind aswell, plus I can get into shallower depths :)
