Broker's Comments

Boatshed Thames are pleased to offer this Humber Barge for sale with Thames mooring at Hampton.

Built in 1940, this large British-built barge was converted in 2009 into a great houseboat that is now available with it's desirable mooring that has views out across and down the river.

The living area is filled with light and has over 10ft of headroom which makes it a great place to spend time. There are two good sized cabins and two bathrooms with showers.

The boat was last lifted in 2011 for blacking and the engine has been recently reconditioned in 2018.

The mooring at Platt's Eyot can be transferred to the new owner after approval from the mooring owners. Current mooring fees are £6,900 per annum. The mooring has water and electricity facilities.

These boat details are subject to contract.
