Headroom is 1.90m in the saloon and the large side windows make the boat very bright.
Forward separate cabin behind a sliding door with a double berth (140 x 200 cm) and headroom of 1.85. Aft area of the boat is lodging the galley, storages, and a shower room with electric heads and basin. Headroom in the shower room is 1.85 m.

In the saloon, galley area, a stove (wood burner) give the extra and cosy confort during winter.
A 50L electric water heater.
Aft deck terrace is huge and really pleasant to entertain, note the 2 bike racks on the deck.
Engine room is accessible from the aft deck by a hatch and is completely separate form the living area.

In 2017, a 80 L black water tank and another 80 L grey water tank were installed to comply with the regulation.

Dutch live aboard cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Paris is happy to offer this live aboard cruiser, barge look like with 15.50 m of length and built in 1930 in the Netherlands. Fully renovated in 2017, in style with a modern touch, this will be an ideal floating home for a couple. Also, a new engine bought in 2014 was fitted in 2017 and has been running only 48 hours. Wide (4.25m) this barge, river cruiser offers a great potential to cruise or just used as a live aboard, located in a nice sheltered and quiet marina in the Paris area, the mooring could be transferrable.
All the interior was renovated professionally and finished in November 2017 just before its was relaunched in the water.
Hull surveyed and work done according to the expert advises, with new coat of paint, and all the windows sealed changed.

New engine with just 48 hours of use, ideally located in a totally separate room accessible from the aft deck and allowing to reduce the noise level.
