Broker's Comments

This partly restored vessel was formerly the Plymouth Pilot launch and as such has been very well built. I have been advised that the hull has recently been re-caulked and is in sound condition. A local boat builder has indicated that two shipwrights could make this vessel ready for launch with engine, electronics and navigation equipment in about three weeks work at an estimated cost of between six to ten thousand pounds. With this in mind she would be a spacious and seaworthy angling vessel or harbour launch.
The current owner has indicated that he would very willing to assist the new owner to source the engine and other equipment needed to complete the work.
